Terms and Conditions of Membership
+ministr8® User Group
- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern membership in the +ministr8® User Group (“the Group”). By applying for or maintaining membership, you agree to comply with these Terms.
- Membership Eligibility
Membership is exclusively available to NHS clinicians and administrative staff. Applicants must provide proof of NHS affiliation during registration unless using a Group Membership discount code. The Group reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its sole discretion.
- Rights and Benefits
Members enjoy: Ability to influence future +ministr8® functionality; Access to webinars and exclusive content; Clinical Safety Officer guidance for third-party tool procurement; Discount on +ministr8® product subscription; Networking and collaboration opportunities.
- Member Obligations
Members must adhere to the Group’s Code of Conduct and UK laws, maintain confidentiality, and avoid disruptive behaviour.
- Fees and Payment
Individual membership costs £75 per user per annum, payable in advance. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Group Membership payment must be made within 30 days of invoice to the relevant organisation. Members may register individually and pay at point of registration on the website, or use a discount code provided by their organisation, which will provide them with free membership. - Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created by the Group remains its property. Members may use materials for personal or organisational purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or modify them without prior written consent. Contributions by members are licensed to the Group on a non-exclusive, royalty-free basis for internal use. - Termination and Suspension
Membership may be terminated for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or inappropriate conduct. Members may withdraw by written notice. The Group may suspend or revoke membership without prior notice for serious breaches. - Liability and Disclaimers
The Group shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation. All information and advice provided are for general purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. - Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR. Members consent to the use of their data for administrative and communication purposes. - Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. - Amendments
The Group reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of changes via email or official channels. - Individual Onboarding Schedule
Step 1: Visit https://www.medivys.co.uk and navigate to the +ministr8® User Group Registration page.
Step 2: Complete the registration form with your practice details.
Step 3: Choose payment option (individual or discount code).
Step 4: Receive confirmation and onboarding logon information.
Step 5: Access the member portal and resources. - Group Membership Onboarding Schedule
Step 1: Organisation requests and completes group membership registration form
Step 2: Organisation receives quotation for User Group membership
Step 3: Organisation accepts quotation online
Step 4: Receive confirmation, organisation-specific discount code and onboarding logon information
Step 5: Individuals register on the member portal and apply discount code
Step 6: Access the member portal and resources. - Optional Clauses
Event Participation: Members may attend events subject to availability and rules. Sponsorship Opportunities: Organisations may sponsor events subject to approval and separate agreements.
Acceptance
By joining or continuing membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
